Our community includes individuals who experience Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down's Syndrome, ADHD, Tourettes and other Learning differences. We have worked with several parents, professionals, companies like We Work India, Google (globally), and several other Indian start ups to help them unleash their maximum potential through some key diversity & inclusion initiatives.
After pursuing her dual degree course in Chemical Engineering and MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai, Shreya quit her job to start Reservoir. Drawing inspiration from her brother, who has autism, she entered the field of special needs and realized how India lacks the resources for this community. She spent 3 months in New York, while working with an NGO, to learn the different opportunities available, to bring home a new vision.
After completing his BA in political science, Rishabh moved to Dubai for his MA in International business management. He is currently working as a technical analyst at Ernst & Young as part of the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence program. He works with Reservoir as a pro-bono neurodiversity consultant and self-advocate. A pet parent to his dog Sophie, Rishabh is also an avid wildlife enthusiast & loves to spend his time birdwatching.
With over 14 years of experience, Shan has been attached to firms like Mulla & Mulla and Juris Corp, where he has serviced clients across sectors like succession planning, drafting wills, estate planning. He has serviced a range of clients including, promoters of major corporates, global Indian families, high net-worth individuals, and families of people with special needs. His personal experiences with disability in the family drive him to create complete and practical solutions for our clients.
Since completing a degree from LSE, Kanan has worked for 5 years with the private and public sectors in India and the UK. She has worked in the founding team of a Fin-tech startup, strategy team for an Ed-tech startup, and currently works as a management consultant at BCG. At Reservoir, she volunteers as a business strategy consultant. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, traveling, and reading.
With 8+ years of experience under her belt, Yaashna holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the Ali Yavar Jung National Institute. She is a published researcher with a certificate in teletherapy. At Avatar Adventures, she hosts the sessions as an audiologist and speech language pathologist. She also works with several key clinics across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
After working at Microsoft as a product manager, Pratham wanted to explore new creative outlets and be closer to the impact his art creates. At Reservoir, he leads the design effort for Avatar Adventures to create a seamless and effective user experience for both the teachers and the learners. He is also a musician, an artist, and an improviser.
A neuroscience enthusiast from Kolkata, Aranyo is an incoming freshman at Yale University. At Reservoir, he researches and works on blogs around DEI, analyzes business development strategies, and acts as a point of contact for clients. In the past, he has leveraged STEM to help farmers and children with autism, earning recognition from The Diana Award and Ashoka.
Currently a third-year Mass Media student and a social media intern for Reservoir, Zeeshan hails from the town of Khopoli in the mountains. To him, filmmaking is an art form and he loves documenting interesting experiences. Being born in the 21st century, social media management comes to him naturally. He also has a cat named Billi.
Geetanjali is a Marketing Optimisation Specialist and has engaged with leading advertisers in India & ASEAN markets over a decade as the voice of reason. Former CEO of India's 1st media review firm; leadership team at Discovery India; presently is a consulting specialist at Ernst & Young. Gee is onboard as an evangelist and chief marketing advisor and ensures we are challenging limitations to break barriers and maximize our impact.
Akash is the co-founder of Infinite Analytics, which is a premiere artificial intelligence and personalization engine in the eCommerce search and recommendation space. Prior to completing his MBA from MIT, he co-founded Zoonga. Before this, Akash was an engineer with Oracle in Silicon Valley. He advises Reservoir on our product and scalability leveraging data.
Sangeeta Jain has represented India at the United Nations Office in New York on World Autism Awareness Day, 2019. She is the mother of a 20 year old son with autism, and is the joint honorary secretary of a Chandigarh based NGO which serves over 150 special individuals. She frequently conducts awareness workshops for Indian government employees and decision makers to sensitize them towards disability.
Sushama Nagarkar has her doctorate in Special Education and is a nationally certified school psychologist in the US. In 2014, she set up Yash Charitable Trust, an NGO for persons with developmental disabilities. As a parent of an individual with autism, Sushama brings to her work a rather unique perspective of walking the walk and not just talking the talk.
Gary, founder of a live animation company(https://chops.com), started Invirtua (https://invirtua.com/) to bring computer-based virtual reality and computer-generated characters to a variety of methods for assisting those experiencing ASD. Jesch and company also seeks scientific validation through research projects at major universities, such as the University of Nevada-Reno (his alma mater), Yale and Stanford. Reservoir aims to bring this technology to millions of people with autism in India.
Naresh is a tech entrepreneur and has deep routes in the social sector. He is a director and investor in a company which developed a state of the art cardiac catheterization laboratory which has received the international Red Dot Award in 2018. Naresh is the founder of Aashish Foundation, which has helped over a 1000 families to train children and adults with developmental challenges.
After working in a marketing start-up for three years, Mytri worked with us over the past year as our Community Manager. She has worked with brands like Cadbury, Mercedes, HBO & Comedy Central & is one of the creators of Made Equal, Reservoir's inclusion workshop. Currently working in the digital team at OnlyMuchLouder, she enjoys reading & is also one of the founding members of the improv group called One2One comedy.
